When one area of these core 7 is out of balance, out of harmony. 

When the hose is kinked and there is No FLOW...

SEPARATION and SEGMENTATION lead to SUFFERING.
When one area of our life is out of balance, out of harmony, our whole life suffers as a result.

Whether you are tuned into the suffering or you are numbing it out via cell phones, social media, substances, food, addictive relationship patterns, it is there.

If you sit still for long enough, silence the rambling of the mind for long enough, YOU FEEL IT.

You feel it in the prolonged aches and body pains.
You feel it in the incessant chatter of the mind, always preoccupied.
You feel it in the fogginess, the fatigue, the restlessness.
You feel it in the pushing to make things happen in order to mitigate the deep underlying fears of failure, of death.

This is an invitation to look at all parts of yourself, in a LOVING and HONEST way.

To truly BE SEEN by your wholeness, and by each other as a whole.

It is from this space that we begin to INTEGRATE the pieces of our SOUL that we've segmented along the way.

Through segmentation, separation is given form through the collective.
If we wish for the experience of true world peace, the end of suffering, we must return to wholeness within.

One by one, we return to wholeness. 

One by one we connect the collective segmented parts of ourselves back together.
Unity ripples out across the collective, one by one.

AND, you're HONEST AF with yourself in knowing,

It's not ALL FLOW, All the Time. 

When there is a heavy PREOCCUPATION with ONE / TWO / THREE 

of those CORE 7 Fractals of Life. 

These are just three examples of how this PLAYS out. 

And I KNOW that Suffering is NOT going to end UNTIL ALL Parts of Yourself 

are FULFILLED.

I KNOW that the SUFFERING of our Species, of HUMANITY,

is NOT going to end Until WE, HUMANS End it through 

ONE BY ONE Ending Suffering Within. 

The More EPIC, Super HUMANS Walking this Earth 

Embodying their Wholeness,

SHINING their True Soul Self into the World...

The more we will REALIZE  World Peace,

It ALL Starts WITHIN.
