What Can I Expect to Feel?

During and after the first session people often feel tired as you begin to run energies that have been stuck for a long time so it is natural to feel tired after the first session then to notice your energy lifts up. You may even notice a shift in your vitality and energy within the week. 

How Can I Best Prepare?

Staying hydrated is the most important piece especially on the two days a week the frequencies are running, and after running them at home. It can also be beneficial to supplement with electrolytes or minerals as this helps the electricity to run through your body more efficiently, though it is not necessary.

What Happens During A Session?

Every session begins with an energetic clearing to prepare you. Then I run a body toning process to balance vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. After this I will run the program you are specifically working with. We will not meet or speak during these sessions so you can continue about your day as usual.
